1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Sundarban Eco Friends.

- “User/Customer/You” refers to any individual using our website or booking a tour package.
- “Service” refers to any Sundarbans tour package, including accommodations, transport, meals, and guided tours.
2. Booking and Payments
- All tour bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us at help@sundarbanecofriends.in or +91 77978 60930.
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
- The remaining amount must be paid at least 2 days before the tour date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.
- Your booking will be confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund minus processing charges.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour start date: No refund.
- No refund for no-shows or early departures.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your tour at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.
- Any rescheduling requests made within less than 5 days of the tour date may incur additional charges.
5. Responsibilities of Travelers
- All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof.
- Customers are responsible for their belongings. The company is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
- Follow local laws, regulations, and guidelines set by the tour guides.
- Any form of misconduct, intoxication, or inappropriate behavior during the tour may result in immediate removal without a refund.
6. Changes and Cancellations by the Company
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, government restrictions, or operational issues.
- In case of cancellation by the company, customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accident during the tour.
- We shall not be liable for any expenses incurred due to delays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are advised to have travel insurance to cover emergencies.
8. Health and Safety
- Travelers with medical conditions must inform us in advance.
- Please carry necessary medications, as medical facilities in remote areas may be limited.
- COVID-19 and other health safety guidelines must be followed strictly.
9. Privacy Policy
- We collect and store customer details to process bookings and improve services.
- Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
