1. General Refund Terms
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are committed to providing reasonable solutions. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

- All tour bookings are subject to availability and operational terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:
a) Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your tour package, the following refund terms apply:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the tour date: You are entitled to a full refund minus a 10% service charge.
- Cancellation between 15-29 days before the tour date: You are entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund will be issued.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing, along with your booking reference number and details of the tour package.
b) Cancellation by Sundarban Eco Friends
In the event that Sundarbane Eco Friends is forced to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters), a full refund will be issued to you. We will notify you as soon as possible in case of cancellation.
c) Force Majeure
In case of situations beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, government-imposed lockdowns), no refunds will be provided if the tour proceeds as planned. However, we may offer a rescheduled tour or a voucher for future use, depending on the situation.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request has been approved, the processing time will typically take 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method used for booking.
Refunds will be processed to the same account or payment method used at the time of booking. If payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. In case of a bank transfer, the refund will be processed to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Service fees for tour bookings.
- Optional add-ons like transportation, activities, or special excursions booked as part of your tour package.
- Accommodation bookings, if the accommodation is pre-paid and non-cancellable as per the hotel’s policy.
5. Modifications to the Booking
If you need to make changes to your booking (e.g., change in dates or tour package), we will make every effort to accommodate your requests. However, modifications may be subject to additional fees, and certain changes might not be possible due to availability.
- Changes made 30 or more days before the tour date may be subject to a nominal change fee.
- Changes made within 15 days of the tour date may incur cancellation fees as mentioned above.
